The Terracotta Wine Chi Tao Jiu is a wine fermented in a cement tank with autochthonous yeast, the second fermentation is done in the barrel, it is refined for 3/6 months in French oak barrels, then refined in the same bottle of mud where the customer decides its affinamento, reusable and ecological bottle.

Purple coloured wine, intense colour, clean and with a bright touch that denotes its youth.
In the nose it has a medium-high intensity, perceiving notes of red fruits such as strawberries or raspberries. In the mouth it has a fresh passage with a certain acidity and its youth is perceived by its fruity taste and its carbonic maceration. TerraCotta Wines that many people are enjoying.
