In great demand from our customers, we have created “Bobale”, a limited edition of 900 bottles of bobal grape from the 2017 vintage with 14 months of aging in French oak barrels of third pass, fermented in a cement tank, with autochthonous yeast from Utiel Requena, second fermentation (malolactic) in barrel.
Bobale is a very peculiar wine, the name, is a play on words between the Italian grape Bovale, considered the Spanish Bobal and a bold label, the Manneken Pis de Bruxelas. Awarded the gold medal in the Monovino 2018 competition.
